Saga Media offers one complimentary rescheduling opportunity when requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. For example, if your session is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 PM, you must notify your photographer by Friday at 2:00 PM via email or phone. If rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, a $100 fee will be deducted from your deposit. All rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date.

All consultations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled photo shoot. This timeline ensures adequate preparation for your session, including detailed discussion of your photo shoot plans and wardrobe options. If you have not completed your consultation, your photo shoot will need to be rescheduled, potentially incurring a fee if the rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Our studio operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. For communications outside of business hours, please send an email, and your photographer will respond on the next business day.
While we encourage communication during regular business hours, we understand that urgent matters may arise. For after-hours communication, please send an email to your photographer for next-business-day response. However, if you have an urgent matter that requires immediate attention, you may schedule an emergency consultation using our booking link.

At Saga Media Photography, we structure our image packages based on editing time rather than a fixed number of images. Here's how our process works:
During a 60-minute session, we typically capture between 50-75 high-resolution images, varying based on the number of outfit changes and backdrop selections. Rather than charging per image, we price based on editing time, which ensures each photo receives the detailed attention needed to meet our professional standards.
Our editing process is thorough and precise:
• Approximately 10 minutes of detailed editing per image
• 6 images can be fully edited within one hour
• One hour of editing time is priced at $170
For example, if you're interested in purchasing 6 images, you would invest in one hour of editing time. This allows us to provide you with beautifully finished portraits that truly reflect our artistic standards. As part of our commitment to quality, we do not release unedited or raw images, as these don't represent the full potential of your portraits or our artistic vision.
When you think about professional headshots, remember that there are two types of professional headshots. You may want an editorial or professional headshot.
Editorial, sometimes called industrial headshot is when a photographer will capture your professional headshot in the place of work. This option is used when you're wanting to become creative with your professional headshot. A great example of an editorial headshot would be if a chef wanted capture a portrait in the kitchen.
The second option would be a professional corporate headshot which is typical completed in a studio on neutral colors such as black, gray or white backdrops. Most business professionals select this option for their website, business card or even Linkedin profile.
So let's get to what to wear to your professional headshot session? You want to have a classic look. You do not want to wear patterns or anything items that will distract from your professional headshot. It's definitely fine to add a pop of color to your professional headshot, this trick usually brings out the color in your eyes.

Your photographer will spend 15 minutes with you capturing about 15 images. After capture, your photographer will take approximately 30 minutes to do a soft retouch on your images (skin and hair). Final retouches will be completed after you have selected and made payment for your chosen images.

Following the photo session, your photographer will spend 30 minutes performing initial soft retouching, focusing on skin and hair refinements. Final detailed retouching will be completed after you've selected your images and completed payment.

While we ensure a thorough selection process, please note that if you require additional time beyond the allocated 15 minutes, an additional 30-minute photography fee will be applied. WHAT DOES THE FINAL EDITING PROCESS INCLUDE? Our comprehensive final editing stage includes adjusting images based on your recommendations, removing clothing wrinkles, teeth whitening, skin refinements, backdrop enhancements, and clothing touch-ups. This detailed editing process takes place within 30 minutes after you've selected and paid for your final images.
You'll receive a virtual link for a 30-minute review session with your photographer. During this meeting, we'll review your images for approval, make any necessary minor adjustments, and create your private gallery. We can also provide you with a print release for company photos and make any required cropping or ratio size adjustments.
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and explain our photo shoot process.
