Internship Experience Learning Information: We are currently offering an internship position aimed at providing students with valuable exposure to various aspects of business, including accounting, management, marketing, and economics.

 

Through this internship, students will have the opportunity to identify and understand the major business functions associated with these fields. Furthermore, the internship will delve into the intricate relationships between social responsibility, ethics, and law in the context of business operations. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how these three elements interact and impact business practices. In addition to business-related topics, the internship will introduce students to computer and software instruction specifically tailored for imaging purposes. This instruction will cover a range of areas, including color and grayscale manipulation, image conversion, presentation techniques, and ethical considerations. Another focal point of the internship is skill development in photographic principles, particularly in the realm of portrait lighting, posing techniques, and establishing rapport with subjects.

 

Through hands-on experience, students will enhance their competencies in photography and have the opportunity to evaluate their own progress in a culminating experience. Moreover, this internship provides students with the opportunity to associate themselves with a professional photographic organization, engage in portfolio development, and gain insights into professional self-presentation. Overall, the internship offers a comprehensive learning experience encompassing various facets of business, management, and leadership functions. It also covers organizational considerations and decision-making processes. This position is designed to complement courses such as Business 1301 or Business Principles, Introduction to Digital Photography, and Photography Course for portfolio development and an introduction to portraiture.
